Prize draw organized by Noice Entertainment Oy (from now on “Organizer”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Prize Draw is open to persons who are 18 years of age or older. However, employees of the organizing body, or employees or family members of the companies and organizations that have been involved in this Prize Draw are not allowed to enter. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who appear to attempt to abuse the Draw in order to change the results or the probabilities, who engage in conduct that violates the terms of service of host platforms or of Noice, or who are disqualified by law from participating in this Prize Draw

3. PARTICIPATION PERIOD

Participants can enter the Drawing between 8th January 2025 and 15th January 2025. Subsequent entries will not be accepted. The winners will be drawn by 16th January 2025.

4. PARTICIPATION

The Noice Creator survey incentive Prize Draw (hereinafter “Prize Draw” or “Draw”) is open to all Noice users who receive and complete the Noice Creator Survey January 2025 by the contest close date.

By completing these steps, a participant is considered to have submitted an entry. By submitting an entry, the participant will agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The prize will be drawn from the qualifying entrants. To qualify for a prize, participants must also be a resident of a country in the list of countries eligible for streaming on Noice, available at https://support.noice.com.

No purchase is required to enter. This Draw acts as an incentive for the completion of surveys and other activities related to creator experience research work conducted by Noice Entertainment Oy. To enter without completing any activity, please contact the Marketing Operations Team at marketing@noice.com, providing your name, email address, and the survey containing the Draw you would like to take part in.

5. DRAWING OF WINNERS AND THE PRIZE

The prize of the Draw will be a single prize of $50 USD digital gift card for the steam store (https://store.steampowered.com/). The winner will be drawn by 16th January 2025 from amongst all qualifying entries. The prize will be awarded by selecting a participant at random from all of the qualifying entrants that also guessed the correct number. 

6. REDEMPTION OF THE PRIZE

The winner will be chosen from all qualifying entries by 16th January 2025. The winner will be contacted personally via email about the redemption of their prize. The winner must reply and provide requested data, including full name, country of residence, physical address, birth date, gender and email address, which will be used only for delivery of the prize and for tax reporting purposes. The winner must be a resident of a country in the list of countries eligible for streaming on Noice. The prizes will be sent via email to the winner and using the email address provided in their survey response submission. If the notification or the prize cannot be delivered to a winner for a reason not related to the Organizer, the Organizer has no obligation to deliver the prize or equivalent compensation to the winner.

If a winner is not reached within fourteen (14) days of the notification, the Organizer has a right to choose a new winner. 

 7. HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Organizer uses personal data of the entrants in order to administer the Prize Draw and to deliver the prizes. By entering the Draw, the participant gives his or her consent to process his or her personal data for the aforementioned purposes.

8. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ORGANIZER 

All rights in relation to materials in relation to this Prize Draw and related intellectual property rights belong either to the Organizer or a participating third-party.

The Organizer is responsible for the possible lottery tax related to the campaign.

The winner of the prize will release the Organizer from all liability and possible damages arising or allegedly incurred as a result of entering this Prize Draw or receiving or using the prize. Winner of the prize is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes for which they may be responsible in their jurisdiction.

The Organizer is not responsible for incomplete and incorrect entries. The Organizer is not responsible for any possible damages or costs incurred or alleged to have been incurred directly or indirectly as a result of participating in this Prize Draw. The Organizer is not responsible for any information technology-related problems or obstacles that prevent the entry in the Draw or receiving the prize.

9. CHANGING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OTHER CONDITIONS

The Organizer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.

The Organizer will announce on this page in case there are any changes to the Prize Draw, its prizes, the Prize Draw period, availability or other possible reasons that affect the implementation of the Prize Draw. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the price draw and its rules that do not essentially affect the participant.

This contest is void where prohibited.
