How much will my PRUs be worth?*
The real world value of a Noice PRU will not be truly known unless Noice is acquired or goes public, and even then, the value is currently uncertain, and will depend on many factors. However, we have estimated what a Noice PRU could be worth under a variety of scenarios.
If you stream on Noice with 20 viewers for 80 hours a month, you could earn 300,000 PRUs in 10 months.
If Noice were acquired for $1B, the Partner Reward Fund could get $152M to share. At that rate, each PRU might be worth $0.152—making your 300,000 PRUs worth $45,600.
That’s on top of what you already earn from subscriptions, digital goods, and other features on Noice.
*Remember - PRUs are not shares of Noice equity but give the right to receive a portion of cash in the event Noice undergoes a liquidity event, such as an acquisition or public offering. PRU value depends on various factors and only becomes eligible for payment in cash if and when Noice’s common stockholders also receive cash for their common stock. At that time, Noice will provide details on PRU value, which may also be affected by conditions that apply to company stockholders, like escrow of proceeds from a sale or earn outs tied to the liquidity event.
